Remember Taproot in Your Will or Trust

Supporting a strong local food system and understanding where food comes from is essential as our planet warms and food systems are impacted by drought, fire, warming oceans, and other climate-caused disasters. When you leave a bequest to Taproot Farm & Environmental Education Center, you are helping to ensure that our mission-based work will continue to support a thriving local economy and strong community.

You can make a bequest to Taproot Farm & Environmental Education Center (Taproot) by creating a new will, adding an amendment, or codicil, to your existing will, or naming us in your living trust. You can make a specific gift to Taproot of cash, securities, real estate, or other property through your will, codicil, or trust instrument. You can also designate Taproot as the beneficiary of all or part of the remainder of your estate or trust after the payment of estate-related expenses, other bequests, or following the death of a spouse or other primary beneficiaries.
